If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

✔ Eligible for Return/Replacement

We accept returns only for the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Product received is broken or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📝 How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Clear photos/videos of the product & packaging

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

💰 Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product is used

  • Customer changes their mind

  • Minor color differences due to lighting

  • Wrong expectations not matching product description

🛑 COD Refunds

For COD orders, refunds are processed to the customer's bank account/UPI ID only.
